GA Medicaid only allows 1 code to be billed per day so when multiple physicians are seeing the patient in the hospital, it's like a race to get your billing in first.
I have a denial for 99232 because another physician from a different practice/specialty has already billed that code. Can I bill a lower level of care, 99231?
