Guidance on: Acute and chronic cholecystitis with cholelithiasis, no mention of obstruction. If we are performing urgent surgery on patient with Acute Cholecystitis and cholelithiasis with a history of chronic cholecystitis- I think 57400, 57511. Is this correct? or 57410, 57512. Thank you!
