We have a physician that is doing Ganglion Impar injections with fluoroscopy. We know that we will need to use an unlisted code 64999,but need to know what to compare the code to for pricing. I assume that the comparison code needs to include fluoroscopy since the 77002 or 77003 can not be billed with 64999
