During an afib ablation the physician states he ablated the ganglion plexi. He did the pulmonary vein isolation and did not state that a rythm persisted, just that he ablated the ganglion plexi. Is this considered to be the same rythm but in a different area? Or is this a continuation of the pulmonary vein isolation? In other words, can you charge an additional ablation for this?
