90649 states 3 dose schedule. When billing for Gardisil, do you bill for 90649 and the administration code the first, second , & third time or only the first time & consider the second & third time bundled into the first billing of 90649?

well we bill as follows 90649 with 90460 or 90471 because its the first vacc
then when they come back again you do the same

You can bill 90649 with 90471 for each time the patient received the shot. 90460 should be billed in place of 90471 only if physician counseled the patient which also has to be documented
