Can someone please help, my provider doing an EGD discovered a Gastric Cardia protuberant vessel vs polp like tissue that was actively bleeding near the GEJ.
I will code 43255 (control of bleed) but can't seem to find a specific dx code for this?

any help/ suggestions are greatly appreciated
