Gastro and Mips

Hello everyone,

I am a manager of a small gastro practice. We have been doing Meaningful Use and Pqrs. Rolling into mips should be pretty clear right? Not exactly! What I would like to do is see if I could get different opinions on how to implement the measures into our practice. For example with the ACI portion, we have to implement a case manager type documentation.

How would you implement this into your practice and how would you document this so you have it in case of an audit?

Any and all suggestions or discussions is greatly appreciated as I am toying with how to implement a few of the measures.
