Durning a colonoscopy my doc found a tubular adenomas of the transverse colon and a hyperplastic polyp of the sigmoid colon. 3M gives an edit when coding D12.3 and K62.1. What is the proper way to code the two different kind of polyps in two different areas of the colon?
