Wiki gastrostomy insertion w/o endoscopy or flouroscopy

Instead the surgeon makes a small abdominal incision and eyeballs the gastrostomy tube as it's inserted percutaneously. She then uses the larger incision to suture the tube in place, and closes it on the way out.

I can't find a code for an Eyeballscopic gastrostomy tube.

All I can think of is a 52 modifier on either the endoscopic or flouroscopic gastrostomy tube insertion codes (43246 or 49440), and I hate 52 modifiers (and the paperwork that goes along with them) almost as much as insurance companies do.

Any ideas for coding?

It almost sounds like a Stamm Procedure. CPT 43830. I can't be sure, but I think this may be the right code.
