Is anyone else having claims deny when they bill E/M 99213 visits with GE modifier for Humana plans? I have a few and when we had the billing department call they said the Humana rep said it was per their policy, but did not get what policy this was. I was checking to see if anyone else has this issue or knows what policy they are talking about, as I am not able to find anything online. I don't want to sit on the phone for 20mins to get a rep to ask. Thanks
