Patient had a Tympanic membrane repair with patch (Gelfilm). I am going to code 69610-RT. What HCPCS C code do I use for the Gelfilm? Should I code it at all? I am having no luck on finding an answer to this so I hope someone can help. :) I code for an ASC.
