I don't know if I am doing something wrong or what. I have posted several questions in this forum, and have yet to receive one answer. I don't think my questions are unreasonable or terribly off the wall. Some feedback please?:confused:
 
When I look back at your previous questions, I see only two have yet to be answered, both posted last week. I do not have an answer for the assisted living facility issue, for the 25 modifier issue since the psych code is add on you do not need the 25 modifier, but perhaps the denial is stating something else without more information there is no way to discern the problem.
