Wiki Getting paid from Medicare for 94664 code

My doctors bill for code 94664 and I am having trouble getting Medicare to pay for it. It says on there fee schedule that they will pay $14.60 for this procedure but they keep giving me the rejection code of CO97/N20. They usually bill it with other procedure code such as 94760, and others that have to do with mesuring O2 levels.

I don't know what those rejection codes are off the top of my head... but if you are billing 94060 or 94640 also, the 94664 is bundled.

Denial code CO-97 means they are bundling the code with something else. Are they in a global period, or if you are billing another code with it might be bundled.
