GIST tumor?

Has anyone had any experience removing GIST tumors? I'm thinking 27059- Radical resection of tumor (eg, malignant neoplasm), soft tissue of pelvis and hip area; 5 cm or greater- for a pelvic tumor removal, but in the case of my patient the rectum, bladder and prostate were also removed.

Any thoughts?
 
GIST tumor

Where is tumor located? From what I understand of GIST tumors, they
are usually located upper abdominal area (stomach).(maybe 436_ _ codes.)
