Giving Botox to nursing home patients?

Rec'd a email from one of my doctors asking this:

If she "injects botox on a nursing home patient, would that count as a more complex f/up billing wise? And if so, which code would be more appropriate?"

I'm thinking it wouldn't make her visit with the patient more complex, (depending on the patient?) but it would just be a visit with an additional procedure of the injection.

Thoughts on how I should answer? My initial thought is no, but not sure how to word it and the reason why. Maybe I'm wrong. Thanks for your help.

Marci
