Wiki glans pexy in patient with IPP

Hi All -

I'm looking for a code for this surgery one of my doctors wants to do: patient has an IPP, which is in correct position per the note. Exam portion of note states glans points downward when device is inflated. Doctor feels its an SST deformity and wants to do a glans pexy. Description of 54450 doesn't seem like enough. 54360 feels closer but not exact. Am I overthinking it or missing the mark entirely?

It depends on what your urologist does and reports in his operative note. I would probably go with 54360 as the closest procedure he does. This is also called the Nesbit repair after a famous urologist from Michigan.
