I have a question if code for chronic open angle glaucoma will be H40.10X0 (Unspecified open angle glaucoma) or H40.1190 (Unspecified primary open angle glaucoma)

I am not an expert but I know to stick with documentation. Since we don't have it as 'chronic simple' documented (needed for H401190), i would not choose that path when you are in Index. It leads me to H4010x0. We can query the MD and educated the MD to better document the details.
