Good morning,

I think there is no global period for hospital billing. How long (time frame) I (Hospital) can use V 58.43 (A.care f/up surgery for injury) in opth clinic.

Ex: Pt had surgery for ruptured globe in July . He is still coming to the the clinic for f/up. Doctor's notes does not say much except S/P surgery for RG.
