Wiki Global OB when secondary is Medicaid

Billed commercial primary CPT 59400 Global OB but went towards deductible. Patient has secondary insurance Medicaid. How should one bill secondary in this case? I saw earlier forums stating to change CPT code since it was denied at the global CPT
