Does anyone know of any website that directs one to all the global periods for all the surgical procedures.

27603 has a 90 day global. I use the codeitrightonline.com. It has a free trial you can try but it is a yearly subscription. I really like it though.

-click on "payment policy indicators"
-click "next"
-enter your cpt code
-on your drop key, select "all modifiers" and process
There is a column listed as "global" that lists the days

I think most insurance carriers use the standard global fees. However, Medicaid may be different. I would double check with your local state to find out if they use their own.
