If one physician does an excision, but another one sees you for followup, is that covered by the global? We are a clinic attached to a critical care access hospital, and all the physicians
are working under the same NPI number. That means that once they are seen in the system, they are an established patient no matter the specialty of the doctor seen.

Yes, that is correct. Anyone in your group that has the same specialty has to follow the global.
