Hi

If a GI provider owns the facility where all the biopies are completed, does he need to bill a UB04 for just supplies and equipment and should only bill globally on the HCFA 1500 form?

I'm auditing the claim and they are splitting each out with 26 and TC modifier. What is the correct answer and where can I dind the guidelinee?
