Wiki glucose intolerance (pre-diabetes) how to code?

I have a provider that many times will have a diagnosis of: glucose intolerance (pre-diabetes).

If I look up glucose intolerance, I get code E74.39

Pre-diabetes shows a code of R73.09

where does too, impaired glucose tolerance (oral) R73.02, fit in?

I asked the provider for clarification and got a long paragraph explaining what it is, but it didn't help with code selection.
