Wiki Gluteus medius repair with dermal allograft

I wanted to see if someone could help with this. My doctor wants to do a Gluteus medius and minimus repair with a dermal allograft. I was going to do 27299 for the gluteus and minumus repairs but I can't find anything for the dermal allograft. Does anyone have any idea if I can bill for the graft and if so where to start looking? Thanks

I think the dermal allograft would be 17999- also an unlisted code. However, with unlisted codes it is hard to say what is or isn't included in it, since you're billing something that doesn't have an exact definition. I would probably bill it all under 27299, but make sure the comparable code, description, and the fee accurately reflect the repair with allograft.
