What are the rules for these modifiers and how are the visits impacted? If a child is seen in the same facility by a SLP and a GN modifier is used on the 92507, and later on in the session, an OT works with the child as well and uses a GO modifer on the OT code and they get billed on the same claim, how does that affect the visit count? Is is still one visit of the allowed yearly amount or two? These are commercial claims, not Medicare. Thanks for the input from anyone who has the experience with this
