How can we know if a service is included in a Global period? For example about the surgical codes of CPT book, do they contain any special sign or definition that help us know they are included in global period?

You can't tell just from a code whether or not it is included in the global surgical package - the determination is not made by the type of code, but by whether the service is related vs. unrelated to the original procedure, whether it requires a return to the operating room, and whether it meets the definition of a staged/related procedure. Any code could be part of the package or not, depending on these factors.
