Some body please help me with this.

Patient had skin graft on his thumb 12 years back and its black and looking ugly now. Now patient is here for

1.Excision of the old graft
2.New skin graft to replace the old one

Nothing about donor site is mentioned and the size is less than 20sq cm.
What will be the CPT code for this case?
Appreciate all supports...!!

want to give the best matching CPT before doing the procedure, Later if there is any change i can revise the CPT. So as per this what will be the CPT code?
Will 15240 match the situation??
 
I think based on your description you would use CPT code 15120 for the new skin graft and 15004 for the excision of the old skin graft in preparation for the new skin graft.
