Wiki Graduating without Honors and getting a job

Hi,
How critical is it to have honors from your course work on you resume? I just missed it. I have prior pharmaceutical experience. I am going to try to get into coding without a clinical medical background and wondered if employers would be looking for how well I did on my final exam.

I've never had an employer inquire about grades. I think that, for the most part, academic honors are just resume padding. When getting my first job, I was asked if I passed the CPC exam on the first try.
