Wiki Graft from ear to support canthus lower eyelid

Hi All!
Could really use some help on this one. My physician harvested a cartilage graft from the left ear concha to support the lower canthus after removal of a basal cell on the lower eyelid. Can't seem to find a code for that. Was thinking of using 21235?? Or maybe the unlisted code 67999?
