MD removed granulation tissue with cups forceps under anesthesia. No previous mastoidectomy, only PE tubes. Other coder suggested 69145, but the tissue was not a lesion. I thought perhaps 69222, but no mastoidectomy. Technically the tissue is not a foreign body either. Any ideas?
