Can anybody tell me how to bill for the GrenzRay treatment for patients with the comercial Insurance and if there is any Horizon BCBS policy for this procedure. The procedure is done in the office of the Dermatologist.
I do have the Medicare policy, however, Horizon BCBS does not follow the Medicare guidelines for this procedure.

Would appreciate a reply.
