Good morning! I am needing help with an ICD10 code for a patient who was hit and run over by a non-grocery cart inside the store while shopping. The patient stated that an employee hit her with a restocking cart and continue to run over her because the employee couldn't hear her do to them being deaf. So, for the only diagnoses I could find to fit was W22.8XXA. Please help if you can.

That's probably your best bet but an argument could possibly be made for it being a "moving object" depending on the wording.
