HELLO!
Anybody out there have any information/knowledge on coding 87491, 87591 and 87150? I am getting denied on 87491 and 87591 stating they are included in 87150 (which is correct). Our lab reports these tests out separately. Am I correct in coding 87150 X 3 then? Our PA Medicaid will only reimburse one unit of 87150, so I'm not sure if this is correct. These are standard OB tests done at 36 weeks. Or should I bill 87491-59, 87491-59 and 87150?
Any help would be much appreciated!
