Group Chemo Teaching ?

Our facility is moving to a group chemotherapy teaching class instead of 1 on 1 nurse instruction. In the past we billed 99211 however im not sure if this is appropriate in the class setting. Any thoughts or suggestions? We were looking at maybe 98960, 98961, 98962.

Everything I can find says teaching is not separately billable. Does anyone know where we can find the undisputable guidelines:confused:
