Wiki Group Home Visit and med reconciliation

If a primary care doctor visits an established patient in a group home accompained by a caretaker and all that is done is reconciliation of medication. No new or old problems are discused. Is there a charge for this? Do I code using -99334? Please help if you have any ideas!! thanks :)
