Please forgive my ignorance here as this may sound like a dumb question to some of you, but when you code for a glucose tolerance test (code 82951), do you also code for EACH veinpuncture as well?

For example, if you obtained three specimens as the description of code 82951 indicates, do you report 36415 x3 as well as 82951, or is the veinpuncture bundled into the procedure?
