I am trying to figure out how can I code for guidance to needle placement.

Reads as:

Imaging is done for localization of the right internal jugular vein. Images show the vein. Images show the line within the vein.

Any Suggestions will help.

guidance for needle placement? or imaging after a catheter is placed?
Is that the whole report? Are they doing a procedure after this?
What kind of imaging - ultrasound, CT, fluoro, MRI?

Ultrasound guidance for vascular access is 76937 - but it has specific requirements as defined in the code description.
