I have a few questions on billing 76705, I bill for a digestive health group and we are billing 76705 but receiving a rejection noting the provider has to be credentialed for radiologist procedures in order to bill this CPT code, we are based in Michigan, does anyone know if this is correct, is it a requirement or an insurance requirement only? Also was wondering what the guidelines are on billing 76981 and 76705 together, is it allowed, what is the requirements for them to be allowed to be billed together?
