HI

I need to give a educational seminar to resident/intern on guidelines for documenting procedures. The group are cardiology speciality so they are performing Echo, Cath, Stress Test, etc. No major surgery.

Any resources/book that you can suggests will be very helpful? I'm finding very limited information.
