I have a question about the exam?? Can you count both body areas and systems for the exam levels of 99201-99203 and also 99211-99213 I thougth it had to be one or the other we had a auditor tell us you could not mix them. I know for 99204 and 99205 it has to be systems. Is there a place this is documented clearly???? The rules are confusing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks
 
Can you tell us what auditing tool they used, which insurance carrier the auditor represented, and which CPT(s) they were auditing? :)
