Does anyone have any suggestions on how to code a Gulf War Syndrome diagnosis? My instinct is to use 309.81/309.82, which would cover the psychological aspects of the syndrome; but isn't there a physical aspect to the syndrome as well? Respiratory and neurological issues due to exposure to nerve gas, etc.?
