Wiki GYN and OB ultrasound impressions

Can anybody give me examples of what is required to be in a gyn or OB ultrasound impression or point me in the right direction? We're trying to educate our OB/Gyn providers who are reading the ultrasounds in the clinic on what needs to be documented. I'm still researching, but if anybody has examples of good ultrasound impressions I'd love to see them!
