My Doc asked me if he can bill a annual gyn visit without a breast exam and/or pelvic. I say no. It wouldn't be a gyn annual, you would code an E/M. But I was wondering what others might think.
 
There has to be some sort of an exam to be able to code the Annual.

"E/M of an individual including an age appropriate history, exam, couseling/anticipatory guidance/risk factor reduction interventions, and the ordering of laboratory/diagnostic procedures."
