pt presents for spotting between cycles 4/8/21 and provider suggested annual as well since pt was overdue for annual. pt agreed so exam started but refused pap and pelvic exam. on 4/28 patient presents for spotting follow up and agreed then to have pap and pelvic exam only. on what day can i bill 9939X?
