I am a new to coding world and I must say this is stressing me out.

According to the OP noted, my provider performed Hysteroscopy with removal of polyp, laparoscopy bilateral ovarian cystectomy, left partial oophorectomy, fulguration of endometriosis.

I have read so much, until I have totally confused myself.

Can I used 58662 (ovarian cystectomy, fulguration of endometriosis), 58661-51 (oophorectomy), & 58558-51 (HSC polypectomy) or 58661, 58558-51?

Any thoughts and suggestions is much appreciated!!
