Does anyone out there know if I can bill a 76830 (gyn vag ultrasound) as primary and 76376 (3D rendering with interpretation and reporting of computed tomography, etc.) as secondary codes? If so, do I need to put a modifier on the second procedure? Very confused right now!!!!
