Wiki H/O chest pain

Can someone tell me ICD9 you would use for H/O of chest pain. I look under history but did not see anything. Help!

Some things just don't have a code, and this is one of them. If there was a diagnosis that resulted from the previous chest pain, then there might be a code. But this is like saying "History of ankle pain", or "history of stomach pain". Those are symptoms not an actual diagnosis, so there is no "history of" code to use.
