Hello all, looking for clarification. If a patient is in rehab at a SNF and a provider from a different group does an H&P and codes initial visit, then the patient gets transferred to your service is it correct that the new group does an H&P and codes initial visit?
My question is should the new group do their own H&P and code initial?
