Wiki H&P not billable same day as surgery

Hi,

What resources are out there regarding h&p on same day of surgery not billable? specifically about pre-scheduled surgeries, by a different physician than that who is performing the h&p and surgery. Example neprhology provider scheduling a renal biopsy, patient comes in for renal biopsy for h&p and biopsy procedure done by IR provider, h&p is still bundled correct?
