Is H Pylori slide is billable service when performed in a facility setting for the physician billing? If yes, what is the appropriate CPT code that can be billed? The provider performs EGD with biopsy (43239) and in-patient bedside, the provider bought the pyloplus kit and using with taking the sample to perform the H Pylori slide test to confirm the results of positive or negative.
